Meet the Executive Home Team

Steve Thoele, Principal Broker/Owner

Steve’s primary responsibilities are working with clients to successfully market and sell their homes as well as direct the marketing and management activities of the Executive Home Team.

Steve comes to the real estate industry with over thirteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, Steve was a Partner at Veber Partners, a Portland-based investment banking firm focused on advising companies on mergers & acquisitions, management buyouts, debt & equity placements, and other corporate finance related assignments.

Steve has proudly served the community as a volunteer and past board member of both the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN) and Junior Achievement of the Columbia Empire (JA). Steve graduated with honors from Oregon State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration.

Currently, Steve resides in Sherwood Oregon with his wife Lisa and their daughter Gabrielle.

Lisa Thoele, Broker/Owner

Lisa was born in Los Angeles to two native Oregonians. By third grade her family had relocated back to Oregon. She grew up in a small town in Oregon – Junction City. Lisa attended Oregon State University and earned a degree in Biochemistry/Biophysics. Upon graduation she realized that she enjoyed working with people more than with their DNA and struck out to gain some professional skills. Relocating to the John’s Landing area near downtown Portland, she worked as a legal assistant for five years and later as an administrator for a non-profit corporation. Throughout her career, Lisa always appreciated the people she worked with but had an entrepreneurial spirit and continued to want to eventually own her own business. She went on to open a storefront business in Lake Oswego.

After establishing the business, she sold it to pursue a career in real estate. Lisa enjoys helping family, friends and new acquaintances seek or sell their homes. She is a multi-million dollar producer but bases her success on exceeding the expectations of her clients rather than on volume production. Lisa left the company she previously worked with to join Keller Williams in July of 2004 specifically because of the values that the company supports and promotes – these values are a reflection of how she strives to live her life and conduct her business.

Currently, Lisa lives with her husband Steve in the Sherwood area with their daughter Gabrielle and two dogs. They enjoy the small town community of Sherwood. Lisa enjoys spending time with friends, supporting the arts and enjoying all the culture that the Portland area has to offer.

Alice Suyematsu, Administrative Assistant

Alice comes to the team with a diverse business background. She works closely with our team to coordinate every transaction from start to finish. Alice assists in directing the teams marketing activities and works closely with other team members to keep the business running smoothly.

As a native Oregonian, Alice was born and raised in Corvallis and has lived in the Tualatin and Beaverton areas since 1984. She is married to Glen and they have two children, Jasmine and Nathan. The family spends their evenings and weekends playing soccer, football, basketball, baseball and softball.

She is an active volunteer in the community as past PSO President for her grade school and Team Coordinator for many sports teams. Alice loves to scrapbook and attends OSU Women’s gymnastic meets with her Mom and friends.
