Lake Oswego Real Estate Market Update-January 2011

The real estate market in Lake Oswego has seen steadily decreasing sales activity over the past three months. There were 9 sales in December valued at over $750,000 which was up from 5 sales for both October & November. The inventory levels increase as you move up the price brackets and are around 10.2 months worth in total.

Median and average sale prices increased dramatically in December after being pretty flat from September through November.
